1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EstaVetting service (the "Service"), provided by Cognos AI (Company Number 6143768), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

EstaVetting provides an AI-powered social media scanning service designed to help travellers identify potentially problematic content on their public social media profiles before applying for a US ESTA or travelling to the United States.

This service is a preventative travel preparedness tool. We are not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and we cannot guarantee entry. Our expertise is in identifying potential immigration risk factors within publicly available social media content.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate social media usernames that belong to you.
  • Not use the Service to scan profiles belonging to other individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology of the Service.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Understand that the Service analyses publicly available content only and does not access private messages, protected accounts, or any content requiring login credentials.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before the Service is performed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds will be provided if we are unable to complete your scan for any reason. Refund requests should be directed to support@estavetting.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive reports, we do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will identify all potentially problematic content.
  • That a clear report will guarantee ESTA approval or entry to the United States.
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognos AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
